PREP FOR YOUR SESSION: |

On the day of your online session, please be in a quite where you won't be disturbed. Please turn your phone onto silent.
Be prepared with a head set and mike that can sit close to your mouth so I can hear you clearly and vice sa versa. This is very important for when we do the hypnosis part where I ask you to lay down and get comfortable.
The 1st part of our session with be seated as we chat and go over your questions and reasons for booking in the session and discover more about what you would like to receive from it.
Please note you do not have to wear the head set unless you prefer to for this 1st part of the session.
You will get a few more instructions and reminders in the email you will receive once you are booked in. I will also send you a link to further register and fill in your questions that you would like to be covered and receive healing guidance and directions on within the session.
