I have a magical wee story to share that took place just last week here at Vibrant Living Retreat (my new location in Hanmer Springs).
If this delightful story all seems a bit too out there for you, just think of it as a fun, weird, wacky, wondrous story rather than a real event and I am the modern day witch with my magical potion of QHHT. Just like any good fairy tale it's the morals of the story that counts the most !
A lady whom I will call Liz for confidential reasons, was visiting Hanmer Springs last week, she had driven from Dunedin. This lady I discovered quickly on meeting her was what could be called "in between a rock and a hard place" in relation to the continuous challenges she was facing in her life.
One of reasons for her return visit to Hanmer Springs is that she had fond memories of the Queen Mary Hospital when it was operational (closed 2000), she had in fact trained there in counselling. The Queen Mary Hospital has a fascinating history that is reflective of how humanity has responded to healing, health and rehabilitation over the latter 100 years or so.
Later on in our conversations Liz expressed that the truth of her visit to Hanmer was that she was seriously considering killing her self the next day in Tennyson lake (a quite lake up the back of Hanmer) as she had enough and could see no other way out of her life challenges.
How the heck did she land at my door in the 1st place ? One of our logos on our entrance signage grabbed her attention as she drove by because it reminded her of a drawing she had drawn for her self that captured her interpretation of the essential infinite perpetually nature of existence. However she said she had never seen its likeness anywhere else and she had not showed very many people her own logo deign.
This sparked her curiosity to want to drive in, knock on the door and ask about the logo design but instead in that moment she talked herself out of it, as too crazy a thing to do and drove away. She intended to return to her Motel in the village centre and thought she could find it easily, however life had other ideas for Liz and instead she found herself back at out entrance signage once again looking at the same exact entrance signage and logo (we have two signs one facing slightly different directions).
She took finding herself back at out entrance this second time as enough of a hint to muster up the courage and drive in. As my wonderful Woofer Claire opened the door to this lady she responded with "I don't know why I am here but I had to come and ask about your logo". Claire showed her around not wishing to disturb me as I was working on my computer. After being showed around Liz was about to leave but kept asking more probing question about the logo, until eventually Claire suggested that may be it was better to ask these question to Mary Jo instead.
I met the lady whom I will call Liz (not actual name for confidential reasons) and we ended up sitting and chatting for about 90 minutes. Before she knew it she was spontaneously pouring her heart out, her challenges and eventually her feeling of having no other choice but to kill herself as she could not take it any longer what was a long continuous pattern in her life. No matter how many times she moved location or job she was faced with the same issue within a few weeks or months.
I eventually felt compelled and guided to share about the fact that I offer Quantum Healing Hypnosis Session (QHHT) and suggested it was no mistake that she ended up at my door. I invited her to return the next day for a session and she could stay the night which she did, in fact she stayed 2 nights. Oh and guest whom found her way back to Hanmer Springs village and motel easy peasy after she left our entrance the 2nd time !
Before Liz left that day she made me promise that if our QHHT session didn't work for her and she did decide to go ahead and kill her self anyways, that I had to be sure to take no responsibility for this which I assured her I would not. I expressed confidently to her that I am only my own responsibility and she is her own. If she decided to go ahead and kill her self I would honour her choice and trust it was her highest good. instead we laughed about the fact that the money she would invest in her session was no good to her anyway if she was dead so what did she have to lose.
Of course this naturally lightened things up as I showed no judgement or heaviness around her potential suicide notion or intend. For why would I Judge her, I have enough life experiences to come to know deep down in my own heart and soul that we are at our core, eternal beings of love and infinite grace and no one judges us more harshly than we judge ourselves.
Needless to say she stayed with us for the next 2 nights and we talked for another couple of hours, finally she was feeling heard, acknowledged in a non judgemental and save space which was of extreme importance to her. After her first night here I encouraged her to really get clear on her list of questions for her Quantum Hypnosis session we would have the next day. This was important as her mind was full of so many spinning and fearful thoughts for so long overlapping one another on a kind of repeat button. We needed her list of questions, her list of aliments to give direction to the session and discover what was to be discovered through asking her questions, what healing was appropriate immediately and what changes needed to occur to align her to her life purpose and path of choice. It was time to start to get more clarity on what she wanted to know, what she wanted from the session and where she was willing to change her life.
The session we had the next morning was simply delightful. She went into trance brain wave state so easily and her soul showed her journey as a spirit making her way to earth and her reluctance to come into physical form for fear of getting stuck in it and not feeling the freedom and joy of her spirit and losing the ease and comfort of instantaneous communication with all life around her. Her journey under hypnosis revealed her cautiously dipping her spiritual toe so to speak into physical life by becoming a blue crystal within the earths centre and then a lizard. Once the returned to spirit after the Lizard life she pronounced that life was a boring life. However through these experiences she seem to be getting more interested and curious in having an experience as a human especially on hearing from her friends in her spirit home that to be a human is a much more interesting life than a Lizard life.
Over the duration of Liz's session, all her questions was covered. It was explained why she had been living the pattern she had been living most of her entire life and the reason behind certain physical issue also. Her subconscious (soul ~ source ) offered her exactly what she needed to do to resolve this pattern which in essence was to open the door again (heart & 3rd eye) and connect again fully to her free, strong and innocent spirit in a balanced way that would allow her feel strong and innocence at the same time. She had the innocent but not the strength and this is why she was experiencing people every where she went taking advantage of her or were suspicious of her. She was in essence not balanced in her energy field and subconsciously people around her could feel this. She would in fact draw the behaviours towards her out of them as a reflection of this imbalance within her.
Her higher self explained the bigger purpose of her life but due to her closing the door to her ( heart & 3rd eye) connection to source at around 4 or 5 year of age to protect her mother, she had not gone the route that was intended when she choose to be born on earth this time. The intentions for her was to be a scientist and musician and develop new science to explain more about the power and impact of celestial harmonies and tones. At one point in the session it was said with definition that a TONE could in fact stop a war. ( think high vibrational frequencies ). Later in the session I asked if the tones that was being spoken about was the same as the tones as I heard internally as the hummm in my inner hearing and it was agree through Liz subconscious that it was the same kind of celestial tones that was being referred to in the session. ( as a side note FYI and may be relevant for you now or in the future. Many people now a days hear what they call a ringing in there ears, this is actually the celestial tones which are uplifting each persons vibrational frequencies and not to be feared. There is no need for a doctors visit on less it will simply offer you peace of mind but don't expect that they will have a answer of cure for you ! Instead relax and embrace it knowing your consciousness is raising and hearing the tones within your inner hearing is your beautiful affirmation of this transition that you are making, congratulations you are ascending my friend and it may be time to instead seek out resonant soul~source family to share your transitioning and awakening experiences with. )
The QHHT I got to experience with Liz was a sweet, sweet session with so many gems of fascinating insights for her. I got goose bumps on more that one occasion as I got to sit back and enjoy what was being spoken through her, from her deeper consciousness and onto the recoding device for her to re-listen to again and again later.
Usually once a session is over the person feels like they remember a lot of it, just like you would a dream but pretty soon just like after we awaken from a dream, it starts to fade away and the conscious every day personality mind takes over the reins again. It's the same with having one of these QHHT session. The session becomes like a dream, however this dream is captured on recording and it is very important to listen to again and again for greater levels of integration, clarity, a-ha moments, healing and peaceful connection to ones higher knowing self and acceptance.
This lovely, gorgeous, sweet delightful 57 year old lady left smiling head to toe filled with beaming gratitude for her time spent with us and the miraculous nature of how she ended up knocking on our door. She left with with no more words of killing herself, in fact this seemed like the furthest thing from her mind. Instead Liz left feeling renewed with inspiration and a deepening clarity on how to move forward in this new chapter of her life. Liz left with a new found confidence in her ability to actualise what she needed to do from now on and actually shared with me her realisation that it was really so simply. She left seeming clear on what she needed to do to continue the changes in her life that had already well and truly begun. She always knew life could be different and now that the thick cloud of confusion, fears and victim thinking had been oust and revealed to her from a broader perspective, she knew the light again within her very soul and her connection to source.
I think this endearing wee story real or fantasy is one reason it felt so right to add the slogan onto our Vibrant Living signage newly launched May 21st 2015

The day this lady left Hanmer, I had another lady come to visit me for a chat about QHHT and ended up booking herself and her partner in the next day. Lets just say I expect a wedding invite soon ;) Only joking but they both left happy with lots of heart felt hugs of gratitude all round.
Aaawwweee I love my job, it is a brilliant meditation for me to practice presence, powerful listening, trust, intuition and faith each and every session. I have come to experience that each session is unique and to trust the process taught to me by Dolores Cannon (RIP Oct 2014) as it unfolds and eventually starts to tie all the puzzle pieces of one life experiences, questions, challenges, ailments, mysterious happenings together painting a beautiful canvas of multidemsional clarity, insights, revelation, healing and intimate connection with ones authentic self.
This is quite the read HEY ! I hope it makes you smile and offers hope and inspiration this day.

This was the signage with the logo that the lady whom I am calling Liz was drawn to that I speak of in my story, it was this magical symbol that called her attention and she ended up having the courage to drive in and knock at our door.
The moral of the story, always listen to your inner hearts guidance as it knows the bigger picture and is guiding you step by step if you are willing to listen and have the courage to follow, especially when it makes no logical sense in your mental mind. Then you really know you are on to something wonderful.
