Here are 2 youtube videos I created to share a couple of short segments from a QHHT session I did with my lovely client and friend Debra. I found the information that came through these session as interesting and helpful. I hope you find some useful insights and a-ha moments as you listen to what is been shared. 

This session was the 3rd session I facilitated with Debra. It is not a usually session which is completely based on my clients questions. This session was more of a co-creative session between myself and Debra on topics that was of interest to both of us and the collective consciousness on our planet. 

The videos and many of the pictures were taken either in Hanmer Springs or other locations around the South Island of New Zealand by Mj. 

MY 1ST QHHT SESSION MAY HAVE SAVED MY MARRIAGE.  (blog post inspired after I posted this to my Facebook Page Radiant Essence) 
I thank my 1st session of QHHT for gifting me the insight and revelation that had me shift my energy in a big way specifically in relation to my intimate relationship with my husband. I literally went from months and months of feeling a disconnection between us and had convinced myself we were simply going separate ways with different interests. I was ready.....or was I. We loved each other without a doubt but the chemistry just was not there...or so I experienced. 

The shift actually happened a few months after having my 1st ever QHHT session and I must admit I kinda thought the session was so so. So much so I did not even bother listening to the recording until months later. I guess I had expectations and it seem a bit ordinary with some past life regression in what seemed a relatively ordinary life of struggle and hardship. I think I was hoping for something more off planet, starseed, atlantis...aka magically. Instead I was re-experiencing myself as a women in what felt like a marriage of convenience and cultural norm than of love. I felt a distance with my husband in that life time, a child was born but was taken away after a time for many years. I was broken hearted. As the regression went on it was obvious this lifetime was a loveless experience. I as this women felt disillusioned, it was like I just gave up on life and love and eventually living. I later learned when my facilitator connecting with my higher mind self , asked what was the purpose of that lifetime. Which I (higher-self) replied "to understand the lack of love". So it would appear I have been a student of understanding the 'lack of love' so I can really understand truth of 'LOVE' in this transitional lifetime.

 ...So moving forward with my story to a few months after my session. I am having challenges in my relationship and feel at my wits end. I am really thinking the answer must be to go our different ways, we are just not connecting sexually or intimately. As I was having my shower I get a inspiration to have a intuitive coaching call with a friend. As we spoke through things, she tuned into my energy. Something clicked and I don't even think it was something she said but it clicked. In a moment my awareness recalled my QHHT, that life time and how disconnected I felt from my husband whose name was Erick (which later on we discovered through out the session that Erick in that lifetime was Steve my present husband in this lifetime). I realised that to my present husband Steve I repeatedly was saying I don't feel connected, I just don't feel a connection between us. All of a sudden both life times were overlapping , I was seeing where I was recreating in my present experience this disconnection between us by expecting it, projecting it, fearful that we were not connected, looking for it basically...etc etc I had a question in my mind for maybe 2 years. As I have been coming to understand, accept and embody being a conscious creator of my life these latter years more and more. I wondered if chemistry between 2 people was either destined or could be consciously created. Well I got my answer because after this huge awareness and shift of energy, I reclaimed my power to choose to create and allow the connection again. Instantly I felt the chemistry attraction for my husband which literally had been missing for months and months.  

It was incredible and another one of my deep learning lessons on my path of awakening and reclaiming myself as a conscious creator in every area of my life. It reaffirmed this in a much deeper and profound way. Hence the knowiness that we are each truly a universe in person creating our own reality through our thoughts, emotions, expectations and projections. ........Fricken AMAZING ....! The tricky thing is we have forgotten our past life's and the bigger sense of whom we really are. Now those aspects of self are looking to be re-integrated back into WHOLE SELF. 

Those people that are closest to our hearts are usually a huge mirror for us. My ego was trying to protect me from the pain I felt in that life time. So I was pushing Steve away unconsciously so I could not get hurt. I finally realised the real worth and value of my 1st QHHT session.

 A few weeks later I could literally not hold myself back from attending the Qhht training with Dolores Cannon in Sydney. It was there my arrogance was further highlighted when she discussed the importance of getting our clients to actually listen to the recording of there sessions as this allows a deeper integration of the information and healing. I raised my hand, took the mic and confessed my arrogance that I was one of those people whom did not take the advice of my facilitator in regard to this and that it would be the first thing I did on my return home. When I did get return homw and take the time to listen to my recording of my 1st QHHT session it was fascinating. I thought I had remembered it all....No chance. There was a few moments of tears of recognition and smiles of affirmation. 


Even writing this now I am feeling like a re-listen is in order. I have to date only had 2 QHHT session on myself. There is no doubt that just one session is deeply profound and may take months to fully be realised in its full potential of gifts, healing, clarity, wisdom and in answering things of immense value that go far beyond what we even thought we came to the session for. Right in this moment I am planning on taking a trip to the U.S next month to take my Level 2 training with Dolores. 

Lets raise our glasses of good cheer to allowing in the LOVE & beaming our radiant essences out into the world of our conscious co-creating with ease, grace and joy.

As a additional note to this wonderful conversation inspired by Russell in above youtube videos from my heart to yours; from my inner awareness and revelations these latter years that have become known to me on my own inner awakening journey and healing (returning whole) on many levels. A big part of this revolution happening within each of us and its so simply and cliche our minds will negate it; is LOVE...not the human conditional kind formed within a polarised system of good / bad / right / wrong / conditional / unconditional. What I'm speaking about is a higher frequency of love beyond polarity. It is a purify of love that up until now, has been demonstrated by a few wonderful teachers with a purity of heart. We (collectively as humanity) are reclaiming in each of our awakening process sooner or later the reconnecting via the powerful gateway of a open and healed heart to the experience of HIGHER LOVE. This may require much mind bending disciplines and a determined heart to unplug from the ingrained limitation training of our outer reality which had us convinced for a long time we were a no body with not much influence on our own life experience and the world at large. This is changing and is much require to rebalance a very imbalanced world experience. 

The frequency of pure love I point towards, starts with SELF LOVE....yes loving up all out shadow parts, all that we have judged as not good enough, shameful, guilty, unworthy, fearing of our inner light aka power (perhaps because of misuse in atlantis, or this life, or past life) ..! When we left nature, we closed our higher heart and disconnected from our divine inheritance / connection / remembering which has been called the 'fall from grace' and hence we created the world we live in lost in duality, separation, judgement, fear, karmic patterns for 1000's & 1000's of years. As we awaken to the PURITY OF LOVE that we are within, we begin to see through the eyes of the heart , the eyes of divine love, the eyes of source and remember the truth that we are all one. When we judge another, we judge ourselves...etc.! We are a collective humanity and one world. 

The earth is our home not a place to take for granted and rape her of her resources due to our (humanities) own insecurity and need for material wealth due to the lack of true spiritual confidence / connection within, due to feeling cut off from it for so long. Yes it is people power time and we are taking back our power and our worthiness to know we matter, each one is more powerful and magnificent that we have been lead to believe or our parents or theres. We can blame religion, parents, culture or political systems. Or we can go within and remember as Jesus stated "the answers lay within" "everything I can do, you can do and more" or Gandhi "be the change you want to see in the world" BE THE VIBRATIONAL ENERGY OF PEACE< HARMONY< COMPASSION<LOVE<FORGIVENESS. Be the embodiment , the energy vibing of these qualities of higher consciousness. 

This is a empowered people revolution and we are taking back the reins and joining together to say NO to the nonsense, no to the fear, no to the manipulations for money and greed, no to big corporations, churches, goverrments messing with our well-being physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritual. As we take our own empowerment and worthiness back collectively speaking, we can not be steered like a herd of sheep through fears and insecurity creating wars and starving children. We move in a conscious direction of preference and is worthy of our energy, focus, powerful mental thought, creativity, solutions and support with confidence and joy. NO more fighting war, cancer, our bodies..etc  

Yeah for people like Russell busting the illusion of celebs being a pathway for happiness and fulfilment and discover the deeper truths of life. His mix of witty comedy and tuned in, tapped in intelligence is a vibrant and lighthearted mix with powerful messages that invite awareness, self-reflection, clarity of identity and purpose within ones own self and the world at large and beyond. He speaks out about so many elephants in the room of our collective existence and daily experience which is much required. 

As quoted by Abraham-Hicks "we live in the best of times, the worst of time but the most of times" A big buffet table of choice is in each of our faces, asking us how are we choosing to live our day and where are we choosing to put our energy.....because it really is our choice and that we have influence over.  We are each playing a vital part ..(more than we can imagine or possible accept) in how our world is unfolding day by day.  

When I was a child and I was utterly confused and upset by what was going on around me, a inner knowing would remind me that one day when I grew up I would understand and that all my life experiences would help me gather greater wisdom, empathy and be better able to connect to more people. 

A few years ago I was reminded of this awareness / it resurfaced in my memory after many years of being forgotten ....& the rest has been a crazy ass ride of re-remembering much, healing much, releasing much and reconnecting through my own inner experiences to soul truths, divine truths of each of our divine heritage to be conscious creators of our own realities. ..."walk in the world but not of it" ...that's the funny thing I never felt a great connection to jesus via religion and then through my own inner awakening process all of a sudden I started to understand his message, the CHRISTOS ENERGY and what he was doing and attempting to translate to the people while planting the seeds for us all 2000yrs +. In my awareness we are definitely the ones we have been waiting for and if there is a second coming, you are looking at it every morning in the mirror. 


 NAMASTE (translation - the light of the divine in me acknowledges and honours the light of the divine in you, we are one and the same teacher and student) & so it is .

I have come to understand and know that trust always begins within first. We can only trust someone when we trust ourselves first to be guided in the right direction and to the right person. As humans we have become well accustomed to allowing our minds negate the promptings of our heart intelligence. But thankfully now in this day and age our hearts are getting louder because its is imperative. Each person is being called home into there hearts gateway to the soul self to be re-awakened to the expanded awareness, magnificence and impactfulness of the self to heal ones own life, to rebalance within through the illumination of divine love / light  and limitless abundance. 

In essence we are collectively, some more pronounced that others, re-awakening to our divine intelligence, divine love, divine light, divine oneness. For those whom resist this calling to go within and take back one's ability to respond to life rather that react through habitually and out dated thinking, believing and action is getting more and more difficult. Life is feeling very stressful and over whelming leading to imbalance's and disharmonies which can look like disease, loss of a home or job. 

A lot of the challenges we have all been facing over these latter years is ultimately pointing us homeward bound to the inner divine light within our own hearts. There we can choose more consciously or not choose to once again remember and reconnect to the experience of our own inner spark of divinity, a spark which is truly connected to each other's spark of divinity. In essence we are been urged and invited to re-awaken to the innate knowing experience that we are all inner-connected to each other. This is being termed 'THE FIELD OF ENERGY & INFORMATION' by scientist. Today science and spirituality which once seem to represent opposing understandings of life have evolved to where each are complimenting one another with even greater understanding and wisdom. 

We (humanity) are re-membering our worthiness to truly know and accept ourselves as god's children in the image and likeness of god not man's limited version through a dualistic filter of perception. Thus 'YOU ARE GOD ALSO'. ..! Such a perception shift ...RIGHT..! But I bet somewhere inside you it feels right, light and more relaxing if you allow yourself receive this possibility. 


As the 'god' word can carry a lot of negative energy due to much mis-representations and interpretations through the limited perceptions of man over 1000's of years. Much of this confusion and limited understandings has been claimed through the name of religion, fear and judgement through the illusion of separation from god ~ divine self. So it may be wise if this words triggers a negative response in you to change it to a more preferred one like "Nature' 'Source' 'Great Spirit' 'Oneness' "The Field' or simple the 'ALL THAT IS' or 'ISNESS'. All these terms are pointing to the same eternalness of thee one creator, from which we have all been birthed from and yet each one of us contains the whole of this eternalness of life. ( bit of a head spin that last part...! Think hologram and each part containing the whole or just skip for now : ) That is why I believe that Jesus states "all the answer lay within you", "everything I can do, you can do and more". I believe that Jesus walked the earth to light the path of what is possibly for each human being. He was here to be a teacher through the power and emanation of GOD"S LOVE LIGHT which judged nothing and forgave all. He seeded this love light over 2000 years ago so that each of us can awaken to it now within our very own being. If there is a second coming as predicted then it is within each of us to awaken to the Christos consciousness / light / awareness / energy within. I understand that this is indeed what is happening for millions of people around the world. 


QHHT is a way to support this reconnection to the highest expression of self, healing the body-mind, rebalancing the emotions and vibrations, completing old karmic patterns from other life times or this one by offering clarity and greater willingness for forgiveness through a expanded understanding. It has been my own joy to have my own personal experience of been in this SOURCE CREATOR LIGHT under hypnosis when I had my own 2nd QHHT experience. First there was tears for I so missed this feeling of absolute connectedness and then there was much laughter for the insanity of ever thinking I was not connected, I laughed and I laughed as in that moment the illusion of separation seems even silly to me. Yet this is what we have all been believing for so long on earth and this is what is changing as the truth of whom and what we really are is being revealed to us, while the veils of the illusion of separation, lack, limitation are dropping. QHHT is one way to help this along a bit faster and allow greater ease and grace with it all. I call it 'joining the dots of the puzzle pieces to reveal the bigger picture'. 


Our ego personality can be highly stubborn and in its endearing efforts to protect us by holding on to the old ways of thinking, believing and acting to survive and trying to stay comfortable has been getting us (humanity) into more stress, worry, uncertainty as the old framework of perceived security is falling away. Hence it is so very important to be willing to do what ever it takes at this time to get more into an alignment with ones own heart intelligence, higher-self, soul-self, nature, source self or what ever you want to call this and there discover true divine: inner-security, inner-empowerment, inner stability, inner-guidance, inner limitless abundance and inner divine love for self and all of life. For all is ONENESS.

The arrow of love that humanity has pointed outwards for eons in a dualistic world, is now pointing back into the self. 

For in our collective awakening and re-remembering, we realise with a simple revelation that it actually never made sense looking for love external. For how could I love another if I do not have LOVE for self. So much of the love on our planet has thus been a conditional love. I will love you if you act a certain way; don't say things to make me feel uncomfortable; if you look after me when I'm older, give me money when I ask,; buy me beautiful things....and so on. 

Love had condition's and we(humanity) have been living desperate lives to grasp on to this love even in its most diluted and misguided forms like abuse, obligations, external responsibilities, manipulation. Within all of us has been a spark of that love from SOURCE CREATOR or GOD and that spark has been looking to connect with others sparks that were pure of heart. But with so much conditioning in the past in a harsh dense reality one learnt to play the game of intellectual power play to survive, to bolster the ego, to feel safe and valuable.

 Now as we are and have raised out vibrations, allowing more of a Purity of LOVE light into our bodies, we are in the RE-Emergence of  SELF-LOVE and through this coming home to LOVE within. One discovers so naturally that when one knows, feels, accepts and is the experience of LOVE within oneself, one can only see ALL as love. All is forgiving in this purity and neutrality of this potent creational field of LOVE. 

This LOVE is the unified field;  god without form and yet permeates all form that so many religions point too and then limited it to man's perception by trying to give it definition to contain that which is non-containable and truly non definable. For to put words to it would limit the limitless. However words can capture facets or expressions of this LOVE. The Poet  Rumi is a beautiful example of this. 

This RE-Emergence within of this PURITY OF LOVE is in essence pushing up and out all that is not of this LOVE/LIGHT. All that has been held in our cells, energetic fields and collective memory banks as thought form repeating again and again is to be released from the holding patterns of duality.

Indeed we are. Within ourselves and without in our world we are confronted with the extremes of what may be called the dark or disconnected expressions of LOVE and the Light or more connected expression of LOVE. For Love is in all expressions. Many are more lost or choosing to play more in the perception and illusion of separation looking like fear, lack, greed, power struggles. 

Those of us which are here to embody more LOVE / LIGHT are just by our very BEingness supporting the planet and humanity to come home into a more natural balance, harmony, peace, grace. From this place of being centred in SOUL-SELF births the excitement and directive into new reality creations. That is why it is truly a inner game of cultivating our own energy, releasing with forgiveness the past and thus opening up our energy field and bodies to be conduits of even more LOVE / LIGHT. 

We do this by literally becoming these qualities through out every cell and fibre of BEing. We do this by becoming the directors of our thoughts and hence emotional bodies to align with one's own SOUL-ESSNCE or SOUL-SIGNATURE, thus allowing your own radiant essence to shine brightly and vibrantly through your eyes, through out every pore, every foot step, every smile and every thought and inspired action.

Happy Valentine’s Day to all...

This is 'ABOUT' a return to the purity of LOVE, through the re-emergence of the divine feminine qualities. This Higher Vibrational Divine LOVE is emerging in all its sacredness through our hearts, minds and bodies NOW and has been intensely these latter years. 

Waves of light have been blessing this planet via the solar flares to usher in this new beginning of the new era of a higher frequency of Love. A love that is not conditional nor unconditional, for it permeates all life. It is the form and the formless. It is the creational field from which all is born. This LOVE can be called by many names; Nature, Source, God, Great Spirit, Quantum Field, Creator, Oneness, Unity Consciousness. 

It is 'ABOUT' Balance of the masculine / feminine energy within each of us and on this planet. Who could not notice how out of balance our beautiful Mother Earth has become, due to our own imbalance's and disconnection from the feminine sensitive intuitive heart centre. The heart is the gateway to the communing with the soul. That communing keeps alive the knowiness within, of ones ultimate connection to all life. Hence to hurt another would be obvious to hurt oneself. 

Both the opportunity and the challenge for each of us individually and collectively in the years ahead is to release all the old beliefs, structures, thought patterns, systems ..etc that no longer serve the new potentials and ways of creating our reality in the newer energy and higher frequency of LOVE. A love not contained within an dualistic system but a LOVE that is unifying, abundant, balancing and joyous for all.  

It is about the re-establishing of communication channels between the egoic human nature and divine soul self in a balanced, clear and empowering way to serve oneself and all life simultaneously.  For ALL is ONE. 

It is about Freedom of expression's, inner passion and contribution to this planet and all life everywhere by being one's authentic and fearless self. 

We came to the end of one big cycle of time, almost 26.000yrs as we passed through the Galactic Alignment on 21 Dec 2013. This alignment lined up the Earth, the Sun and the Galactic centre or central sun. This alignment has allowed and ushered in our collective awakening to remembering that we are indeed DIVINE. We are spirit that has chosen a Human Incarnation from which to experience life, emotions and limitations, called the 'GAME OF SEPARATION'. The veils are lifting and we are one by one remembering our true home of spirit within. A open expanded heart is the gateway to our soul and source connectedness. It is the gateway to our greatest home coming to the light and love that we have missed feeling connected to for so very long,.

I am here in joyful service to the purity of Divine Love & Light emerging within all our hearts and that which connects us to the unified field of consciousness  "the isness".

A whole new way to orientate to life is knocking at your heart door. Open the door to your expanded self and embrace the creational love within. You are powerful beyond measure and who you are and how your energy signature vibrates influences all that is. I am so trilled to Launch this website. The name Radiant Essence has been swimming around my thoughts for many weeks now. 

I have come to trust that all happens in Divine Timing or Divine readiness. When the moment comes things seems to happen fast and effortless like creating the website in a couple of days. 

I am not sure why I still get surprised but I do at the speed at which things can be created when the moment is ripe or when I get into alignment with the moment...!

This website has gone up just under 2 months after I completed my QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy) Training with Dolores Cannon in Sydney. The training was just 5 long but quickly passing days. However I feel I have trained my entire life to facilitate these session with integrity, intuition, joy and honour. 

So far I have been blessed with facilitating around 20 sessions at my Mountain View Massage & Yoga Wellness Retreat business. The first 10 sessions after I returned from my training in Sydney in DEC 2013, I offered for free as complimentary sessions on a first come first served basis, as instructed to do by my trainer Dolores Cannon. 
 
I found these session's were invaluable training to gain my confidence, trust and adaptability with this technique. Out of those first 10 sessions, there was 2 people that did not go with the hypnosis due to the conscious mind needing to feel in control. On one occasion I found myself feeling under a time constraint and I quickly realised this would not work so I do my best now to leave either a full morning or afternoon per session. 

 I learnt a lot of great things from these 1st x 10 complimentary session. One of those things that clarified itself for me is that I perfer to work with clients whom really are choosing to have a session from there own freewill and to make that decision without any sense of obligation or just merely for a mild curiosity. There is nothing wrong with curiosity of course, this is important but I feel that there has to be more than just a passive curiosity. Those whom I have done sessions with, that were really excited and eager seem to be so open that the hypnosis happens so  easy and with lots of grace, an overall sense of joy, immense value, miraculous healing, transformation and expansion for my client. It is very obvious they were here from there free will, the prompting of the heart and a openness with trust in the session and with myself as the facilitator.  I sense one of the most important things that leads someone to have a session with me is a person feeling inspired and guided by there heart.  There is definitely the  trust element required in taking a session and I feel honoured to be recognised as trust worthy and a provide a safe, comfortable and relaxing environment to hold these session located in my home / business comfortable abode in Hanmer Springs, New Zealand.

It has been my own joy to have my own personal experience of been in this SOURCE CREATOR LIGHT under hypnosis when I had my own 2nd QHHT experience. First there was tears for I so missed this feeling of absolute connectedness and then there was much laughter for the insanity of ever thinking I was not connected, I laughed and I laughed as in that moment the illusion of separation seems even silly to me. Yet this is what we have all been believing for so long on earth and this is what is changing as the truth of whom and what we really are is being revealed to us, while the veils of the illusion of separation, lack, limitation are dropping. QHHT is one way to help this along a bit faster and allow greater ease and grace with it all. I call it 'joining the dots of the puzzle pieces to reveal the bigger picture'. 


Our ego personality can be highly stubborn and in its endearing efforts to protect us by holding on to the old ways of thinking, believing and acting to survive and trying to stay comfortable has been getting us (humanity) into more stress, worry, uncertainty as the old framework of perceived security is falling away. Hence it is so very important to be willing to do what ever it takes at this time to get more into an alignment with ones own heart intelligence, higher-self, soul-self, nature, source self or what ever you want to call this and there discover true divine: inner-security, inner-empowerment, inner stability, inner-guidance, inner limitless abundance and inner divine love for self and all of life. 

I do not have any previous hypnotherapy training behind me, which actually seems to have been a major plus according to Dolores. This is mainly due to Dolores Method of hypnotherapy which is unique, she has learnt over the years what to leave out and what to leave in a session making it much more dynamic and juicy. She talks about other hypnotherapy techniques as very long and not required. What I love about these session is that after the client has gone into a past life or event, then I call upon the HIGHER or SOUL SELF, this level of the person then responds to what the lower level personality (my client) are wanting to get out of the session. This is the biggest difference as far as I can tell with this Technique. Dolores Cannon calls this state the Somnambulistic State of trance. 

This seems to be what is unique to Dolores Method of hypnotherapy. She was not afraid to explore more deeply than the other methods due to her appetite and curiosity for greater knowledge and genuine desire to help people help themselves. Dolores just happened to uncover a vast library of knowledge through her clients sessions spanning over 35 year and has written 17 books sharing her findings through amazing mind bending concepts and perception shifting opportunities of whom and what we think we are. I highly recommend her books where she writes the two way conversations over the QHHT session with clients and of what she calls the SUB-CONSCIOUS mind due to not knowing what else to call it all those years ago. I have asked what is the most appropriate name in a few of my sessions with clients for this Somnambulistic State of trance and I have been told SOUL SELF and on one occasion thus far I was told THEE SOURCE. However I do perceive we each have many levels and it may be the HIGHER-SELF of one person and the SOUL-SELF of another depending on what level of frequency / dimension was most appropriate and could offer my client the most insightful and valuable clarity and understandings.  

I call in the Higher-Self or Soul Self to answer all the questions and explain why they wanted the person to see the past life or event. It is such a joy to my heart to speak directly with my clients SOUL SELF and have any questions answered in relation to that person or other people in there life's, life events or circumstances. It is so exciting to be a part of such limitless information, energy and exchange as I know that the SOUL SELF has a much more expanded view of the person laying on my table and knows everything about them. No questions are off limit as long as they are appropriate and valuable. Then as I ask questions that are valuable to my client s SOUL-SELF, the puzzle pieces of understanding, clarity, insights start to come together. It is truly like joining the dots of what seems like disconnected events or impressions or health issues and then watching the full picture and spectrum of colours emerge with vibrant clarity, affirmation, relief , healing and expansion for my client. There is usually beautiful gem of wisdom for me too to take away from each session. 

All sessions are recorded and this I have also learned is invaluable. I only listened the other day, for the first time the complete recording of my 1 st QHHT session I had only 10 months ago in Christchurch with Janine Rouse. I convinced myself I did not need to and I remembered it all. I also negated it a bit as not that eventful or interesting and this I have come to acknowledge is a habit of the egoic conscious mind...to negate the spirit somehow. It really is a arrogance and when I did my training in Sydney and listened to Dolores explain why re-listening to the recording was so important. I had to raise my hand, get the mike and share my own story of my arrogant ego self whom I let convince me I did not require to re-listen to my session. However what was WOW, was even though I did not listen to my session, a few months after I had it I had a flash back of it & in what seemed like a nano second gave me so much understanding that a huge shift happened in my energy and awareness of self. This shift within myself was huge and demonstrated just how powerful we each are. I related the pattern I was playing out in my life in relation to my intimate relationship with my fabulous hubby to the pattern from where I was taken in a past life. It all happened so fast but it changed me and my relationship or I made a new choice, it may well be the reason I'm stiil in my marriage. The theme was LOVE & CONNECTION...or in the past life lack of both. When my Soul Self was answering it explained that I came here to learn about love and what better way to learn about love that to understand the lack of it. 

We humans are indeed fascinating creatures and we are indeed on a fascinating  journey of rediscovery, self-acceptance, self-love and new creations.
