A Quantum Transformation session with Mary Jo :
Session usually go for around 4 hour in person or online via Zoom. Allow 4-5 hrs.

This is a PRIVATE session, and as such, you will need to be by yourself with no one else in the room. This is for your own sense of comfort, and for the best session.
Both In-person and On-line:
You are not laying down in hypnosis the whole time ! We spend the 1st 1-2 hours together in what Dolores Cannon called the introduction. Over this time I as your facilitator will get to understand more about your questions and your reasons for booking your session. This part is an invaluable part of the session and much healing happens here as you naturally express things that need acknowledgement while in a safe, comfortable healing and non-judgmental environment.
The hypnosis part of your therapy will last approx. 1-2 hours, in which time your session will be recorded for you.
The success of the therapy relies on your willingness to release issues once and for all. It is recommended that you come with a list of issues / challenges / patterns that you have, so that these can be addressed at your session.
Every session is worthwhile, and a wonderful benefit to your life that will impact the rest of your life in ways not yet fully imagined.
The results of your session rely greatly on your willingness to be open to receive change, transformation and healing. A good question to ask your self now is AM I TRULY WILLING, READY AND ABLE TO NOW BE OPEN TO RECEIVE ALL THE SUPPORT, HEALING AND GUIDANCE TO HELP MY JOURNEY AND IS BOOKING THIS TYPE OF SESSION FEELING LIKE MY NEXT PERECT STEP TOWARDS THAT ?
